Each tool is software I built to end a manual file ritual. They run entirely in your browser. Your file is never uploaded, because there is no server in the data path. The first set targets healthcare revenue cycle. The approach fits any team that moves files it cannot afford to leak.
A browser-based 835 to Excel converter for healthcare revenue cycle teams. Drop in one or more X12 835 remittance files and get a clean three-sheet workbook back: payment summary, claims, and service lines, with CAS adjustments flattened. No upload, no install, no BAA.
A CSV validation tool for operations teams. Catches spreadsheet corruption, format errors, and schema violations in eligibility files, member rosters, and billing exports before they reach a downstream system and cause a mess. Runs entirely in the browser.
Provider roster matching for contracting and credentialing teams. Drop reporting-database exports plus a payer roster workbook, then generate a filled enrollment template and an unmatched diagnostic. The tedious cross-reference, done in seconds, in the browser.
Provider roster screening against seven public exclusion and enrollment sources: OIG LEIE, Texas HHSC OIG, SAM.gov, and four CMS datasets, more than eight million records, refreshed weekly. Load your roster into the browser tab, review confirmed hits and candidates, then export an audit workbook. A compliance step that used to mean manual lookups, made repeatable.

Why browser-only
That is an operating principle, not a limitation. It is the same principle behind how I run infrastructure: keep sensitive data where it belongs and remove whole categories of risk.
Your file is parsed inside the browser tab. It is never uploaded to a Stefo Tech server, because there is no Stefo Tech server in the data path.
Stefo Tech is not a Business Associate for these tools, because no protected data ever reaches Stefo Tech. That removes a procurement step and a category of risk.
Open a URL. Drop a file. Get a result. Nothing to install, nothing for IT to approve, nothing to update.
Deterministic processing, not model inference. No tokens, no rate limits, no surprise bills. The hundred-thousandth run costs the same as the first.
